2. In Short

This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party web fonts and uses no analytics or tracking services. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Personal data is processed in exactly two places — the technically necessary server logs, and whatever you choose to send us through the contact form.

3. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you open the site, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required in order to deliver the site and to keep it stable and secure.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Contact Form and Email (Resend)

If you write to us through the contact form, we process what you enter — your name, email address and, optionally, company and telephone number, together with the content of your message — solely in order to answer your enquiry. Name, email address and message are required; everything else is optional.

To deliver that message as an email we use Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes the transmitted content on our behalf under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

5. No Cookies, No Tracking

We set no cookies of our own or of third parties, use no local browser storage and embed no analytics, advertising or social media services. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making. No fonts are loaded from external servers; only fonts already present on your device are used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

An informal message to info@pandareconsult.com is enough to exercise any of these.

7. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy whenever the actual processing changes — for example if analytics tools, embedded content or external fonts are added in future.
