Lisa Rehnelt takes ownership of projects where multiple stakeholders, tight timelines and ongoing operations converge. She leads projects from initial goal definition through planning and delivery to a structured handover. From the outset, she makes roles, decision paths, milestones and risks transparent.
Her experience covers transformation and organisational projects, system implementations, reorganisations, process optimisation and major events. She has led sites with up to 120 employees and managed deployment structures involving more than 350 staff on major projects. This has equipped her to align different interests, plan resources realistically and make clear decisions under pressure.
Delivery is at the heart of her work. Strategic objectives are translated into concrete work packages, responsibilities are assigned clearly and progress is reviewed regularly. Issues are addressed early and solutions are implemented together with the people involved. This creates results that work not only on paper, but in everyday operations.
As a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C) and SAP Certified Implementation Consultant, Lisa Rehnelt combines recognised project management methods with practical experience in integrated business processes. When additional expertise is needed, Pandare assembles the right team for the project. Lisa remains the client's central point of contact and ensures clear, reliable leadership across the entire project.
